can I cancel my order?
unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
do you offer returns?
we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. please note, Habibi Organics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. to start this process email us above.
do you offer exchanges?
unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
my item arrived damaged, what should I do?
please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact page above . please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
I received the wrong package, what should I do?
please visit our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number with your inquiry.

are your products natural?
we always choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.
do your products include soy?
Habibi Organics does not use soy in any of our products.
what does "clean" mean?
our products do not contain animal oils, parabens or gluten, along with a long list of over 1,600 other ingredients banned under regulation (ec) no 1223/2009 in the european union.
are your products vegan?
YES! our products are formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.
does Habibi Organics parabens or sulfates?
Habibi Organics does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.
do you test products on animals?
NO! Habibi Organics does not test products on animals. all of our products are cruelty-free.
are the products safe for all skin types?
all products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, and are all natural.
what temperature do these products need to be stored at?
we recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
